All the CCTV footage is retained by London Gold Centre when visiting our secure store. Our secure internal servers store the information described below.

Order History: This includes sales inquiries and orders that you have entered into our system. This is not limited to closed deals, all inquiries are recorded in the system. Inquiry Details: This includes all online inquiries by email or online form, and all information provided when you call or contact us in person. Your IP address is also saved for online inquiries. Hatton Garden Metals may record the personal information you provide to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks in accordance with our due diligence and AML policies. The personal information you provide may be shared with fraud prevention agencies, who may retain copies of that information. Please note that we dont perform credit checks and under no circumstances will your dealings with London Gold Centre affect your credit rating.
